—— The objectives to be achieved by developing each 5-7 stars city abiding the Green, Energy, Smart city concept. The agriculture development to assist local farmers development. A new medical city in Africa in Ghana to be included at the Shai Hill City. A power plant to be constructed at the Dodowa Greater Accra District

Standards

All site developments and structures will be designed and erected to meet or exceed the standard specifications given by the Ghana building code as well as International Building Codes ( Silver Book or Red Book).

Project Facilitator

A Project Management Team will be nominated by the Project Developer/Funder to oversee the project. Currently is under State Clinical Translational Scientific Research (GH) Limited. Terraform Development Ltd has been nominated to be working with the EPC general contractor China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation for the Phase I at the Borteyman and Katamanso sites. (Ref:JV, Construction Consultation agreements signed between State Clinical Translational Scientific Research and Terraform Development Ltd).
